BI110 Anat & Phys II

Prerequisite: BI 108 with any grade equivalent to 70% or higher. This course is the second in a two-course sequence introducing the fundamentals of normal human anatomy and physiology. Emphasis is placed on the interaction of structure and function to maintain homeostasis. The cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, endocrine, and reproductive systems will be addressed. The course is designed for pre-nursing students. It does not fulfill credit for the Biology major or minor. (class, three hours; laboratory, two hours per week).
