ED415 Secondary Methods
Instruction and Asseessment for the Secondary Classroom is designed to assist future secondary teachers in building a broad repertoire of techniques that address student diversity in developmentally appropriate ways. Major topics include: characteristics of effective teaching; how students learn differently;student engagement and motivation; use of technology in a secondary classroom; diagnostic, formative, and summative assessment; and collaborative planning.
