HC403 Leading in Complex Situations

This course is designed to develop contemporary leadership competencies, professional behaviors, conflict management, policy, and health care staffing and budgeting. An additional focus on the core competencies for interprofessional collaborative practice allows learners to follow team collaboration processes for decision-making in complex systems of health care.
