SM335 Social Media Mgmt in Sport

Pre-requisites: SM 200 and 201, or MM 200 and 201. This course will examine the various forms and perspectives of social and digital media used in the sport industry, including but not limited to: Social media management, strategies, advertising, platforms, brand development and storytelling. In addition, the role of next-generation communication and technology in the sport industry will be explored.
