This course addresses current and emerging issues impacting the sport industry, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the socio-political and economic factors shaping modern sports. Students will engage in critical discussions on the influence of globalization, political changes and policy, technological advancements, and social media on the sport industry. Through case studies, research articles, and guest lectures from industry experts, students will analyze real-time scenarios and develop strategies to address and navigate these complex challenges.
