Minor in English

Overview

The English minor is designed for students who have a primary interest in the study of literature. No more than two (2) courses with a professional writing and media focus (EN 361, 362, 363) may count toward this minor.

Some Honors College courses focused on literature may, when taught by English faculty, count as 300- or 400-level EN courses. Please contact the English Department Chair for details.

NOTE: At least nine (9) credits for the minor in English must be taken at Belmont Abbey College.
