BU350 Consumer Behavior

Prerequisites: BU 309, and junior status This course focuses on consumer behavior and its impact on marketing activities. This course will explore the complex environment facing marketers in domestic and international settings, identify internal and external influences on consumer behavior, and explore the process of consumers’ choice of a product over another. The course will also examine how culture, motivation, personality, emotions, and attitude effect consumer behavior.
