Participation in Graduation

Students may participate in graduation only if they have applied for graduation through the Registrar’s Office. Students must be within six (6) hours of completing graduation requirements at the end of the spring semester to participate in graduation events. Students who have not completed their full program of study may not have academic honors announced at graduation and may not be issued honor cords. The Registrar determines eligibility for participation in graduation.

Graduation Honors

To graduate with honors, a student must have completed at least two years of course work at Belmont Abbey College (“P” graded courses are not included), and must have attained a cumulative GPA as follows:
