BI201 Cell Biology

Prerequisites: BI 101 with any grade equivalent to 70% or higher Pre- or Co-requisite: BI 215 or permission of instructor An introduction to prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells including metabolism, gene structure and function, cell division, cell signaling, membrane structure and function, and the extracellular matrix (class three hours; laboratory three hours per week). Offered every fall semester.
