BU412 Legal Environment of Business

Prerequisite: Junior status. This course examines the substantive legal issues involved in American business, including contracts, torts, intellectual property, employment law, business entities, and real estate. The course also describes the processes by which business legal disputes are resolved, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
