BU438 Total Quality Management

This course examines the complex issues of total quality management. As a hallmark of successful businesses, the implementation and use of TQM is a critical element of all successful businesses, especially in manufacturing and also increasingly in service industries. Students will gain relevant experience in various TQM processes included Six Sigma, TQM modeling, and other tools necessary for the operational application of TQM. - Prerequisites: BU 435, BU 265, BU 300, BU 306, EC 202.
