Prerequisite: PC 201 or permission of the chair or instructor This course introduces the scientific study of individual and group behavior within the social context of the workplace. Topics include employee selection and recruitment, job evaluation, motivation, employee training and development, job satisfaction, employee communication and leadership. Format may vary.
