Prerequisites: EC 201-202 or EC 307 These courses offer insight into the economic, political, and social thought of conservatives and liberals, progressives and radicals. American history and contemporary events and thought are studied, focusing on the role of labor, business, and government; the theory of free markets; values and how society changes; sexism and racism; foreign policy; and the roles of the Church.
