CJ311 Moot Court

This course has students participating in preparing oral arguments and written briefs for a simulation of United States Supreme Court proceedings. Preparation will involve the reading of a large volume of case law and developing arguments based on these precedents. Some students in class will be invited by the instructor to compete at a regional qualifying tournament.
