HS330 Case Management
This is a skills-based course that introduces students to case management in human services. Students will gain knowledge and skills in gathering, organizing, and documenting case information, and consider the role of diversity in cases. Students will assess client needs and determine the types of data necessary to ensure ethical delivery of services and appropriate referrals. Students will practice essential interviewing skills and explore best practices in documenting and managing information from interviews.
