HS370 Social & Human Service Mgmt

CJ201. This course introduces students to essential theories and principles of social and human service administration and management, with a focus on nonprofit organizations. Topics covered including leadership, values, and management styles, strategic planning, budget and funding, human resource management, boards and other stakeholders, marketing, and communication.
